Le (la) technicien(ne) SAV maintenance de laboratoire intervient sur les instruments de(s) site(s) client(s) affecté(s). Il/Elle réalise notamment leur maintenance préventive, leur dépannage, leur qualification. Par son expertise technique et son évaluation des besoins clients, il/elle garantit un niveau optimal de fonctionnement des équipements multimarques. Le (la) technicien(ne) SAV maintenance de laboratoire par sa maîtrise technologique prodigue les conseils d’utilisations optimaux, effectue une veille technologique et pourra ainsi dispenser des formations adaptées dans l’objectif du maintien et du développement de la satisfaction client.
