Vous serez responsable de la résolution des tickets, du dépannage matériel et logiciel, ainsi que de la gestion du parc informatique. Une expérience antérieure dans un rôle similaire et des compétences en installation et mise à niveau des systèmes informatiques sont requis. Overview

Le technicien informatique expert fournira aux utilisateurs une assistance spcifique dans les meilleurs dlais (en conformit avec les SLA du client) et en grant ses priorits de manire autonome. Cela inclut linstallation le diagnostic la rparation la maintenance et la mise niveau de tout systme informatique et accessoires.

Lquipe se compose de techniciens de support de proximit localiss sur le site du client pour rsoudre les problmes informatiques ne pouvant pas tre rsolus distance.

Responsibilities

• Rsolution tickets dans les SLA dfinis;
• Dpannage matriel et logiciel niveau 2;
• Installation et mise niveau du matriel et des logiciels pris en charge (PC tablettes scanneurs imprimantes etc);
• Gestion du parc informatique brassage rseau installation de switch ou autres quipements rseau;
• Dtection et rsolution des incidents informatiques;
• Support technique et prise en charge de lquipement existant sur site y compris les serveurs les postes de travail les imprimantes les quipements de scurit rseau et quipements divers.
