NES Fircroft are delighted to be recruiting a ‘Technical Assistance and HR support services’ on behalf of a market leading operator for their major offshore FPSO development project in South America.

Location: Paris
Duration: 12 months renewable
Responsibilities
- The tendering, contract award and management of Technical Assistance Services (TAS).
- Support the HR & Administration Coordinator for administrative and HR activities.
- Support the HR & Administration Coordinator for HR and TAS Contract reporting activities.
- Adopt and demonstrate exemplary behaviour regarding Company Ethics and “Code of Conduct” policy.
- Ensure that Project procedures regarding Technical Assistance contractual and legal aspects are respected and properly implemented by all Project teams.
- To work by anticipation.
- Organize, when services shall be contracted, the call for tenders (including commercial evaluation of offers, technical and commercial recommendations) in accordance with Project rules and procedures.
- Launch the Technical Assistance Services Call for Tenders. Develop, negotiate the contracts and all the associated conditions pertaining to assistance contracts with qualified Technical Assistance Services companies (Considering the existing TAS Frame Agreements).
- Conduct commercial negotiations and report to Management.
- Coordinate awarded contracts with Technical Assistance companies, PCM Team and affiliate…
- Prepare renewal/s of the contract/s, presentations to Local Contract Committee, amendments, etc…, in a timely manner.
- Contribute to ensure the management of Project HR file regarding the Contracted data (Mobilization process on time, date, etc ...)
- Ensure regular reporting of Contractual activities (PO, CFT,… follow-up)
- Support of the HR & Administration Manager on overall administrative activities (Reporting,…)
- Ensure strict confidentiality for all the HR data/information/documentation received or issued (whatever its support)
Qualifications/Experience required
From 5 to 10 years of experience in managing service provision contracts and tendering processes.
- Autonomous with the ability to manage several dossiers simultaneously.
- Rigorous and methodical.
- Good communication skills, dynamism, high motivation, ability to convince, organized and ability to put issues into perspective.
- Ability to work on projects and Team spirit in a complex, challenging and multicultural environment.
- Ability to manage heavy workload in a fast-paced environment

- Languages: Fluent in English and French.
- Advanced knowledge & experience in relevant IT tools (Pack office, …), specially EXCEL (Pivot Table)
