Une entreprise prestigieuse recherche un Team Leader Logistique pour superviser les opérations de son magasin à Paris. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des stocks, de l'encadrement des équipes et de la communication des objectifs de l'entreprise. Une expérience managériale en environnement de vente au détail et la capacité à travailler dans un milieu multiculturel sont essentielles.

Qualifications

  • Au moins 2 ans d'expérience managériale dans un environnement de vente au détail.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais et d'autres langues si nécessaire.

Responsabilités

  • Superviser les livraisons et la gestion des stocks pour garantir leur disponibilité.
  • Participer au recrutement et à la sélection de l'équipe du magasin.

Team Leader Logistic F/H CDI

The Product Support team plays a vital role in the Operations team as they are responsible for the preparation and availability of our product to our customers. As head of the team that manages the entry, exit and circulation of our goods in the store, the Logistics Team Manager inspires, leads and develops own team to ensure efficient movement and storage of products of all categories, through processes and procedures which will achieve the highest level of productivity while keeping the team informed of progress and updates for continuous improvement. Aware of all responsibilities, he/she supervises delivery schedules, and ensures the assignment of teams to ensure smooth processing and distribution, accurate and timely delivery of all products to sales areas.In addition, he/she provides assistance with movements in the sales areas, to notifications of price changes, and it helps with inventories. On-site merchandise management •Supervise deliveries. • Supervise the receipt and verification of incoming products for the store. Ensure all stock is checked in accordance with our standard procedures. • Focus on best sellers and key items. • Supervise and act on reverse logistics in a timely and accurate manner, including maintaining merchandise in salable condition. • Ensure timely communication and implementation of price change notifications on site. • Monitor inventory write-offs, damage and reductions and ensure accurate and appropriate documentation has been completed and recorded. • Handling of damaged products and destruction of goods must be carried out in accordance with internal policies and customs regulations. • Ensure all obsolete inventory, including gift for purchase, is processed in a timely manner. • Maintain Out of Stock / Stop Selling product listings and systems on a daily basis. • Maintain appropriate and efficient space management of storage rooms including accurate and clear labeling of shelves/box/storage areas. • Manages support teams to effectively ensure the reception, sorting and preparation for replenishment of merchandise in sales areas. • Coordinates the efficient and regular replenishment of products in sales areas. • Maintain security of stock and customer orders (assist against loss prevention). • Manage the delivery of goods to customers accurately and efficiently following the services and facilities offered by the store. • Be responsible for ordering, storing and delivering distribution supplies including the availability of shopping bagsin sales areas. • Coordinate movements in the sales area under the control of the Product Manager. Team & service management • Clearly communicate the overall company objectives. • Create and promote a positive professional environment consistent with the values and policies of Samaritaine, and local environmental considerations. • Participate in the recruitment and selection of your store team as needed. Required knowledge, skills and abilities: • High school diploma or equivalent experience desired. • At least 2 years of managerial experience in a retail environment. • Fluency in English and other language(s) if necessary for the site. Able to read, write and communicate effectively with others. Other qualifications • Able to function effectively in a multicultural environment with resourcefulness and sensitivity. • Good verbal and written communication skills. • Rigor and autonomy. • Managerial aptitude.
