  • 5+ years of combined business experience, with 2+ years in Recruiting/HR operations.
  • Obsessed with candidate experience.
  • Passionate about mentoring and coaching others.
  • Deep understanding of recruiting lifecycle and tooling.
  • Able to drive projects to completion creatively.
  • Experienced in building and scaling programs.

Description du poste
What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and mentor a team of 5+ coordinators while maintaining a high bar for the level of service provided to our internal and external clients, scheduling interviews when needed
  • Optimize the effectiveness of recruiting as an operation and drive consistency across the board
  • Provide development opportunities and performance feedback for direct reports
  • Recommend and implement improvements to the hiring process and Greenhouse ATS workflow both for internal partners and candidates.
  • Work with the Recruiting coordination leadership team in order to recommend and implement improvements to our scheduling tool in order to load balance, monitor and fairly distribute the requests across the team.
  • Manage and deliver change confidently, prioritizing the business needs
  • Promote an environment where scaling solutions are paramount
  • Drive cross-functional projects by facilitating communication, coordination, planning and execution across the recruiting team and internal stakeholders
  • Lead with Data: leverage data to define program success metrics and recommend strategic decisions to coordination leadership
  • Based on bandwidth, you may be required to work up to 20% of your weekly hours in scheduling tasks for sensitive roles, leadership roles
Who You Are:
  • Experienced in 5+ years of combined business experience, with 2+ years in Recruiting/HR operations, recruiting, or recruiting coordination
  • Candidate experience obsessed
  • Passionate about mentoring and coaching others
  • Deep understanding of recruiting lifecycle and tooling
  • Able to own and drive projects to completion; A creative thinker and problem solver
  • Experienced in building and scaling candidate, interviewer, and coordination programs
  • Able to use data and analytics to develop insights and influence decisions
