We are looking for an AI Recruitment Enabler (also referred to as Talent Growth Engineer) to join a small, agile team led by Alizée Limare. This role combines recruitment enablement, process automation, and AI experimentation. You’ll design and implement scalable systems that empower hiring managers (mostly founders, partners) to recruit faster, smarter, and more efficiently. This is not a traditional Talent role: it’s a mix of growth hacking, ops, product, and coaching — ideal for someone who wants to reinvent how recruitment operates in a venture studio environment.
Direct manager: Alizée Limare (VP Talent)
Hexa team: Close collaboration with the Comms & Brand Team (branding, video, social), the Community & Partnerships Team, and hiring managers across Hexa’s ventures (mostly Partners).
