Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Apprentice at Dailymotion, you will play a pivotal role in recruiting and acquiring top talent for our company. You will work within our HR team to support the full cycle of talent acquisition (for example : brief with the hiring manager, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews,...).
This apprenticeship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in the dynamic field of talent acquisition while contributing to the growth and success of Dailymotion.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and Attraction : Use various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions.
- Candidate Screening : Review resumes and applications, assist in conducting phone screenings, assessment of candidate qualifications.
- Interview Coordination : Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and the other interviewers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved.
- Candidate Assessment : Assist in conducting interviews, evaluating candidates' skills, experience, cultural fit and providing feedback to the hiring team.
- Employer Branding : Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to enhance Dailymotion's reputation and attract top talent.
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management : Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date candidate records in the ATS, ensuring data integrity and adherence to privacy regulations.
- Onboarding Support : Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive experience and smooth integration into the company.
- Recruitment Analytics : Assist in tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers and HR team members to understand hiring needs, provide guidance, and ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English languages. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Proactive and results‑oriented mindset, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Detail‑oriented and highly organized, with strong analytical skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.
