A global asset management firm located in Puteaux is seeking a professional to coordinate and compile information for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and client pitches. Candidates should have a degree in Finance, good knowledge of alternative products, and experience in sales support or marketing within the real estate or infrastructure sector. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of French is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of Alternative products.
  • Previous relevant experience preferably in a sales support/product specialist/RFP/marketing role.
  • Ability to go the extra mile to help transform a pipeline into sales.
  • Proven track record in delivering high quality output.

Description of the Department

Support the process in structuring AXA IM Alts' answers to Requests for Proposals ('RFPs') or due diligence meetings (DD), from kick-off to pitch preparation. Contribute to the production of high quality content on Alts' expertise overall.

Your missions:
  • Coordinate resources and compile information across the company to answer RFPs, DD or to prepare client pitches (defining timeframe, identifying sources of information, highlighting critical items)
  • Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders/subject matter experts of AXA IM Real Assets, SFD and Chorus (portfolio managers, structuration, middle office etc.) to gather all relevant inputs
  • Work in close cooperations with capital raisers and investment teams to prepare and deliver top notch content for RFPs, DD and clients pitches
  • Structure RFPs and DD with a marketing approach to promote Alts' competitive advantages
  • Ensure feedback is received subsequent to submitting the RFP or after a DD and follow-up on action plans to contribute to the improvement of our offering and process
  • Maintain standard content
  • Produce the funds newsletters in collaboration with investment and Client Group teams

  • Good knowledge of Alternative products
  • Previous relevant experience preferably in a sales support/product specialist/RFP/marketing role within Real Estate, SFD or Infrastructure (product exemple CoRE fund)
  • Understanding of client process and sales cycle with ability to go the extra mile to help transform a pipeline into sales
  • Demonstrated ability to structure marketing messages and propose content to help market real asset products / capture ideas and market trends to help better position our offering in macro/client context.
  • Operating within tight deadlines and delivering high quality output could be linked with maintaining a positive attitude in pressured situations
  • Proven track record in operating within tight deadlines and delivering high quality output
  • Paris based: Fluent in English (verbal and written), French would be a plus, other language is a plus (notably German, Italian)
