Une entreprise internationale de plantes spécialisées recherche un stagiaire pour rejoindre son équipe Conformité et Éthique à La Madeleine. Le candidat participera activement au développement du Programme de conformité, en luttant contre la corruption et en abordant des sujets variés comme la protection des données et les droits humains. Un niveau élevé d'anglais est requis car le stage se déroulera dans un environnement international. Une expérience dans un cabinet ou une institution est un atout.

Indemnité mensuelle de 669,90€ à 1 200€ brut

Qualifications

• Actuellement en école de droit ou équivalent.
• Une expérience antérieure dans une entreprise ou un cabinet serait un atout.
• Fluent en anglais, niveau professionnel requis.

Responsabilités

• Participer au développement du Programme de conformité du groupe.
• Contribuer à la lutte contre la corruption.
• Aider l'équipe sur des sujets variés : droits de l'homme, protections des données, etc.
• Créer des ressources de formation et de communication.
• Participer aux revues de conformité et rédiger des rapports.

Join the Ethics & Compliance (E&C) team of Roquette, within the legal department, for a 6‑month internship based in La Madeleine (Lille) from July to December 2026. In an international and multicultural environment you will actively contribute to the rollout of Roquette’s Group Compliance Program and help promote a culture of ethics and integrity worldwide.

Le poste et les missions

• Participate in the development and implementation of Roquette Group’s Compliance Program.
• Contribute to the fight against corruption and bribery, in particular through the application of the Sapin II law and AFA guidelines.
• Assist the team on a variety of topics: anti‑corruption, competition law, international trade sanctions, data protection, sustainability, and human rights.
• Create training and communication material (Code of Conduct, internal policies, educational resources).
• Participate in compliance reviews, track key performance indicators and draft reports.

Votre profil

You are currently attending Bar school (IXAD) or pursuing a Master 2 in Compliance Law, Economic Law, International Law, Risk Management or an equivalent field (business school, Sciences Po, LLM, etc.). Previous experience in a company, law firm or public institution would be an asset.

Your strengths include:

Most importantly, you are fluent in English—the professional level is essential. You will work 100 % in an international environment, interacting daily with colleagues in Europe, the Americas, Asia and India. Fluency in a second language (Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Mandarin, etc.) would be a plus.

• Full‑time internship – 35 h per week.
• Monthly allowance €669.90‑€1,200 gross (depending on education level).
• Up to 3 days of remote work per week.
