Join our dynamic Operations team as an AI & Digital Transformation Project Intern, focusing on our Development & Packaging activities. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between innovative AI solutions and practical application within our operational workflows.

Your Missions :

1. Strategic Use Case Identification: Conducting thorough analyses to identify high-impact use cases for digital and AI technologies that can optimize Development & Packaging operations, from concept to industrialisation, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.

2. End-to-End Implementation Support: Contributing to the end-to-end implementation and deployment of identified AI tools and digital solutions, including pilot projects, rigorous testing, and scaling up, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to technical requirements.

3. Training & Adoption Enablement: Creating and animating comprehensive training programs and developing user-friendly documentation to empower Development & Packaging teams in leveraging new AI platforms and digital tools, thereby ensuring successful adoption and fostering proficiency across the department.

4. Project Management & Stakeholder Communication: Actively participating in the coordination and follow-up of various digital and AI projects, including tracking progress, managing timelines, and preparing clear, concise updates for key stakeholders to ensure transparency and smooth project execution.

5. Dynamic Operational Contribution: Embracing the agile nature of our journey by proactively supporting additional strategic initiatives and ad-hoc projects, providing valuable exposure to diverse operational challenges and contributing to the broader departmental objectives.

Your Profile :
  • You are a Master's student, taking a gap year, undertaking a final-year internship, and/or studying at an engineering school with an interest in data.
  • You have an aptitude for hands-on work and adapting to change. You know how to thrive in a challenging environment while communicating effectively.
  • You are dynamic, organized, and methodical.
  • You are proactive, a source of new ideas, and capable of working in a challenging environment.
  • Beyond technical skills, we are primarily looking for individuals with strong potential, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to challenge the status quo.
