You will be responsible for ensuring production targets are met, developing team capabilities, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess a university degree in food processing and have at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for fostering team engagement and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in manufacturing.
• Ability to work in shifts (08 hours/day, 6 days/week).
• Demonstrated ability to confront inappropriate behavior positively.

Responsabilités

• Ensure the development plan and competencies of the team are met.
• Coach employees to meet job requirements through NCE.
• Analyze equipment breakdowns and coordinate with engineering for solutions.
