Service Engineer - Foundation Engineering (all genders) with readiness to travel internationally

As a service engineer, you will join forces with both our team at our headquarters in Saarbrücken as well as those working on our construction sites around the world.

Your key job responsibilities

• Contributing to the expansion of the after-sales department
• Managing customer complaints and technical inquiries
• Providing customer service to international clients— by phone, in writing, and on site
• Carrying out/supporting repair orders – repairing tools and machines to as-new technical condition
• Writing repair reports and assisting with the calculation of cost estimates
• Review and assessment of warranty claims
• Applying technical experience to existing and new designs to optimize running times and repair processes

Your credentials as a service engineer

• Completed vocational training as a plant mechanic, machine fitter, agricultural and construction machinery technician, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in planning and carrying out machine and tool repairs; knowledge of foundation engineering beneficial
• In-depth knowledge of welding technology, electrical engineering, and hydraulics
• Proficient in written and spoken German and English
• This role requires a traveling activity of 10%
• Structured, independent working style and strong focus on customers and service
