A leading manufacturing technology firm is seeking a qualified individual in Lille to manage the construction of a French factory. The role requires project management experience, fluency in Chinese, English, and French, and strong cross-departmental coordination skills to ensure smooth communication between teams in Taiwan and France. Responsibilities include overseeing project execution, building relationships with external stakeholders, and providing language support. Ideal candidates should possess a degree in economics or management and have at least 7 years of relevant experience.
This position will be based in the Dunkirk office to assist with the Gigafactory construction plan and future operations management. The person holding this position will be assigned project tasks by his direct supervisor to assist the company in facilitating related projects for the construction of the factory in France. He will be responsible for the planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation of the project, ensuring that all stages from design, contracting to commencement can be smoothly implemented. This position requires not only project management capabilities, but also cross-departmental collaboration, external communication and internal coordination capabilities. The person must be fluent in Chinese, English and French, conduct multilingual communication and translation work, and promote seamless collaboration between the teams in Taiwan and France.
This position requires the Director of the European Manufacturing Center to serve as a liaison between the company and local governments and local organizations, actively establish and maintain good public relations, and promote the shaping of the company\'s image and the implementation of corporate social responsibility. Internally, he / she plays the role of core cross-departmental coordination, working closely with internal departments such as finance, legal affairs, procurement, and auditing to ensure that all project resources are reasonably allocated, administrative processes are smooth, and various problems encountered during the actual implementation process are resolved. The communication skills required for this position include professional technical details, as well as handling tedious administrative and paperwork, coordinating teams with different cultural and language backgrounds, acting as a bridge between Taiwan and France, ensuring smooth information flow between departments, and always being prepared to resolve any issues that may affect the progress and quality of the project, ultimately ensuring the smooth completion of the project and achieving the predetermined goals.
