The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in large e-commerce projects and a strong understanding of Scrum principles. You will mentor team members, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and ensure effective communication between stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant certifications are required. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of French is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience in software development.
• Proven experience in large, global e-commerce projects.
• Fluency in English, other languages are a plus.
