In order to strengthen our sales department in Paris, we’re looking for a passionate, results-drivenand eager-to-win S enior Sales Account Executive.

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will work with our Marketing, Business Development, Pre-Sales, and Professional Services teams to drive new business across the Country and manage the full sales cycle, driving new customer acquisition and growing existing accounts.

This role provides an ideal opportunity to join a fast-growing organization with a product at the technological forefront of its market.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Independently acquire new customers to increase software license sales within your assigned territory.
  • From prospecting and qualification to contract negotiations and deal closures, own every stage of the process.
  • Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities to deliver solutions that align with customer needs and objectives.
  • Build lasting partnerships with Management and C-level executives to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Business Development, Pre-Sales, and Professional Services to maximize revenue potential and ensure customer success.
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and support processes to enhance client engagement and product adoption.
  • Use Salesforce to manage the sales pipeline, accurately forecast outcomes, and ensure seamless sales processes.
  • Gain deep knowledge of Board’s solutions to effectively communicate value and differentiate our offerings.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven success in enterprise software solution sales, ideally in CPM / EPM, ERP, or BI sectors.
  • A track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing complex sales cycles in enterprise markets.
  • Experience or knowledge of the retail sector is a plus.
  • Strong technical aptitude to learn and articulate the features and benefits of Board’s software.
  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a hunter mentality.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in French and English.
