We are currently working with an exciting $XXXM series B funded biotech company changing lives within the space who are looking to bring on a Senior PM to help in the growth of their Agentic AI products.

Expectations

• Identify and validate high-value AI opportunities by working directly with research scientists
• Drive rapid prototyping cycles to prove we're solving real problems with measurable impact
• Translate scientific workflows into clear product requirements grounded in AI capabilities
• Own strategy and prioritization-balancing feasibility, constraints, and platform potential
• Build a test-and-learn culture that moves fast from idea to proof
• Coordinate across engineering, ML, design, and science teams to align decisions with both research needs and technical reality

Requirements

• Background in life sciences, computational biology, bioinformatics, or related field
• 4+ years in product management within AI, biotech, or life science technology
• Experience leading cross-functional teams with ML engineers and scientists
• Strong analytical chops - comfortable using data and user feedback to guide decisions
• Proven ability to lead product discovery, scope MVPs, and iterate quickly in research settings
• Excellent communication skills that bring clarity to complexity
