The Talan Group is entering a pivotal phase in its evolution, aiming to reinforce its positioning in the high-value-added consulting market. To achieve this, we are expanding our strategy consulting offering to meet the growing demand from our clients for comprehensive and innovative guidance that bridges business strategy and technological transformation.

This expansion aligns with our ambition to be recognized as a trusted partner for C-level executives, helping organizations navigate complex challenges such as digital transformation, sustainability integration, operational excellence, and the adoption of cutting‑edge technologies like AI and data analytics.

To lead this effort, we are seeking a Senior Partner in Strategy Consulting. This individual will play a critical role in shaping and executing our strategic vision, building and managing a high-performing consulting team, and delivering impactful projects for key clients.

This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and shape Talan's presence in the Energy, Resources & Utilities sector. Your responsibilities will encompass strategic leadership, client relationship management, and project delivery, with a focus on expanding our global footprint and delivering exceptional value to our clients. Your responsibilities will be organized along 3 dimensions as per below:

Sector Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand Talan's global consulting activities in the Energy, Resources & Utilities sector
  • Identify and pursue market opportunities to generate new opportunities
  • Collaborate with local and international teams to align strategies and initiatives
Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients worldwide
  • Deeply understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services and meeting commitments
Project Delivery and P&L Ownership
  • Oversee the content, planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects
  • Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to guarantee profitability and quality across your Global sector
  • Support the recruitment of our teams

The ideal candidate has an academic background from a leading institution in business and/or engineering, including MBA from leading University, and will bring a strong track record in strategy consulting, proven leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of emerging market trends. With their expertise, we aim to further establish Talan as a leader in providing innovative, client-focused solutions that drive sustainable growth.

More specifically, the required qualities for this position include:

  • Demonstrated expertise in project management, process modeling, change management, information systems, and/or a culture of innovation and new technologies (AI, data, etc.).
  • Strong sales culture with the ambition to collectively win high-value missions with our clients.
  • Ability to demonstrate inclusive leadership to guide the team towards new challenges.
