Senior Logistics Manager – France

Location : Nanteuil-le-Haudouin – 5 days on-site (Monday – Friday)

Salary – up to 85,000 EURO + Bonus (Potentially some flexibility)

They are now looking for a Senior Logistics Manager to take ownership of warehousing and transportation operations in France. Based predominantly at their warehouse in Nanteuil-le-Haudouin, this is a key leadership role managing 3PL partnerships, logistics execution and P&L, whilst shaping future strategy to deliver outstanding service and support further growth across both B2B and D2C channels.

What you’ll be doing as Senior Logistics Manager -

• Lead and manage all warehousing and transport operations in France
• Build strong relationships with 3PLs and carriers, driving performance and continuous improvement
• Develop capacity models and shipping strategies aligned to commercial plans
• Own France logistics spend, processes and KPIs, ensuring cost and service optimisation
• Run quarterly business reviews with providers, setting and delivering on key performance metrics
• Collaborate with global teams on wider logistics initiatives and share best practice

What we’re looking for :

• 7+ years’ experience in retail distribution or fast-paced logistics environments
• Proven leadership in multi-site logistics and 3PL management
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and aligning strategy with business goals
• Expertise in KPI management, data-driven decision making and continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma etc.)
• Knowledge of compliance requirements (food-grade, hazardous goods, transport regs)
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Engineering (Master’s preferred)
