Qualifications

• Fluent English and international background; high level English for negotiation.
• Minimum of three years working experience in purchasing.
• Strong interpersonal skills (leadership communication ability to convince).
• Negotiation skills on price and contractual clauses.
• Use of Excel sourcing tools and in accordance with Alstom process.
• Results oriented within a given timeline.

Responsabilités

• Build Procurement Tender commitment.
• Lead project negotiation for the commodity.
• Ensure QCD commitments/targets.
• Manage global and specific supplier panel relationship.
• Monitor day to day suppliers performances.
