We are seeking a versatile Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join a dynamic Applied AI team, developing cutting‑edge AI-powered solutions. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy full-stack applications that leverage large language models (LLMs) to create transformative experiences. You will ship production‑ready features, design experiments, and optimize AI infrastructure, all while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Accountabilities:

• Develop full-stack AI applications, including front‑end components (ReactJS) and back‑end services (Ruby on Rails), shipping projects end‑to‑end.
• Design and execute experiments, such as A/B tests and AI evaluations, to validate features, measure impact, and guide iterative improvements.
• Build and maintain infrastructure for AI inference, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with product, design, and leadership teams to shape features and drive innovation.
• Continuously improve processes, tools, and systems to accelerate AI feature deployment.
• Stay current with emerging AI research, tools, and technologies, applying relevant advancements to production use cases.
• Maintain high standards of code quality, user experience, and operational reliability.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience as a full‑stack engineer on high‑traffic, production applications.
• Proficiency with Ruby on Rails, ReactJS, and relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Hands‑on experience developing AI features in production (e.g., LLM‑powered tools, RAG systems, AI agents).
• Strong experimentation mindset: designing, running, and iterating on tests to validate feature impact.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with autonomy, personal accountability, and collaboration across teams.
• Comfortable learning new technologies quickly and navigating ambiguity.
• Strong alignment with organizational values.
• Proficient in English (CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5).
