We are looking for: Senior Finance Analyst Business Partners

Location: Paris, Issy Les Moulineaux

As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will provide finance and business leadership to the Innovative Medicine teams. You will play a key role in supporting, challenging, and driving sales projections and investment decisions. Towards business partners, you will engender financial acumen and budgetary ownership to improve financial literacy and forecast accuracy and build trust by delivering compliant financial statements and managing risk.

As a key member of the Innovative Medicine France Business Unit (BU) finance team, you will contribute to an engaging, collaborative, mindful team and support in the delivery of the BU Finance vision to the Innovative Medicine France Operating Company.

Within Finance team, you will specifically drive sales consolidation and lead the team to ensure compliant, accurate and timely recording of all actuals and forecast updates. You will be the primary contact to update and maintain our local reporting dashboard (PowerBI). You will be responsible to execute the different tasks in line with the J&J financial calendar, and you will be the first point of contact for Global Services, where you will ensure coordination with all finance teams involved in closing activities under your scope. Your roles and responsibilities may evolve depending on the finance team and organizational needs.

You will report to the business finance controller.

Main responsibilities

• Leads and provides Finance Business Leadership for specified Therapeutic Areas (Sales, OPEX, Contribution)

Planning and forecasting

• In collaboration with business, build robust and accurate financial forecasts and ensure timely and complete reporting according to J&J planning calendar.
• On an ongoing basis, develop and demonstrate a deep understanding of risks and opportunities of the brand performance. Provide insightful analysis and commentary to actual business results and turn these insights into foresights applicable to future results.
• Independently provide financial projections for each quarterly Latest Thinking projection.

Ensure financial compliance

• Ensure compliant revenue recognition for managed entry agreements and pro-actively engage with the business on these topics ahead of market access.
• Ensure all business partners have appropriate finance knowledge to enable accurate, timely, complete and appropriate initiation of financial transactions such as : accruals, prepayments and purchase order goods receipts and are kept sufficiently informed of key finance deadlines to aid compliance to the finance timetable.

En tant qu'analyste, vous accompagnerez les équipes Innovative Medicine dans le pilotage de leurs résultats financiers. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le calcul et la présentation de projections de ventes et d'investissements. Auprès de vos interlocuteurs, vous favoriserez la responsabilisation budgétaire pour améliorer la compréhension financière et la précision des prévisions. Vous développerez une relation de confiance en fournissant des états financiers conformes et en gérant les risques et opportunités de l'entreprise.

En tant que membre de l'équipe Finance Innovative Medicine France, vous contribuerez à une équipe engageante, collaborative et soudée, et vous participerez à la réalisation de la vision financière de l'unité commerciale Innovative Medicine France.

Au sein de l'équipe financière, vous piloterez plus spécifiquement la consolidation des ventes de la Filiale et coordonnerez le travail de l'équipe pour assurer une comptabilisation précise des résultats réels et des budgets. Vous serez le contact principal pour mettre à jour le tableau de bord (PowerBI) qui est utilisé pour le reporting. Vous veillerez au respect des différentes échéances financières du calendrier J&J et serez le premier point de contact pour notre centre de services partagés : vous assurerez la coordination avec toutes les équipes financières durant les activités de clôture de vôtre périmètre. Vos missions seront évolutives en fonction des besoins de l'équipe et de l'organisation.

Vous serez rattaché(e) au responsable contrôle de gestion.

• Soutien financier pour les équipes pluridisciplinaires (Ventes, OPEX, contribution)

Planification et prévision

• En collaboration avec les opérationnels, vous élaborez des prévisions financières robustes et précises et vous assurez un Reporting complet selon le calendrier J&J.
• Vous développez et démontrez en permanence une compréhension approfondie des risques et des opportunités. Vous fournissez une analyse et des commentaires sur les résultats des départements dont vous avez la charge.
• Vous travaillez indépendamment sur les projections trimestrielles.

Assurer la conformité financière

• Vous veillez à ce que vos interlocuteurs disposent des connaissances financières appropriées pour permettre un pilotage financier précis, en adéquation avec les exigences locales et les directives J&J
• Vous informez vos interlocuteurs sur les principales échéances financières pour respecter le calendrier J&J.
• Vous veillez à l’allocation appropriée des ressources en cohérence avec la stratégie de l'entreprise.
