A global solutions provider in Issy-les-Moulineaux is seeking a Customer Success Manager to enhance the impact on over 40 business units. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of SaaS incident and problem management experience, excellent communication skills, and fluency in both French and English. You will support Business Units in maximizing product usage, manage queries proactively, and contribute to continuous product operations improvement. Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in incident/problem management in a SaaS environment.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and Jira.
  • Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset.
  • Proactive problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

  • Act as a main point of contact for Business Units, addressing queries and issues.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.
  • Support Business Units in maximizing their use of the E+ Platform.
  • Identify and solve product and non-product issues promptly.
  • Facilitate improvement and sharing of best practices.
