Le candidat idéal doit avoir un Master en biotechnologie ou une discipline scientifique connexe, de l'expérience pratique avec des techniques de culture de cellules CHO, et être à l'aise en communication anglaise. Qualifications

  • Expérience pratique des techniques de culture de cellules CHO et opérations à l'échelle laboratoire.
  • Maîtrise des logiciels d'analyse des données, avec capacité d'analyser et de tirer des conclusions scientifiques.
  • Rigueur scientifique avec un souci du détail et réflexion analytique.

As Upstream Process Development Scientist within our CMC Development team, you'll execute experiments and contribute technical expertise to process optimization and scale CHO cell culture platforms. Ready to get started?

Main responsibilities
  • Execute upstream process development activities for early-stage clinical candidates, supporting cell culture process characterization and optimization for clinical manufacturing readiness
  • Perform experiments using lab-scale bioreactors (15mL to 5L) and advanced platforms including Ambr250 systems, working with multiple culture modes (fed-batch, perfusion, intensified) Conduct cell line evaluation studies, media optimization experiments, and process parameter characterization in sterile working environments
  • Operate and maintain ATF (Alternating) culture applications and contribute to process automation initiatives
  • Analyze experimental data using statistical and visualization software (JMP or equivalent) and contribute to technical discussions for process development
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with analytical development, downstream processing, manufacturing, and regulatory teams to ensure project milestones are met
  • Prepare technical documentation, contribute to development reports, and support technology transfer activities to clinical manufacturing sites
About you
  • Master's degree in biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Cell Biology, or related scientific discipline, OR Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant industrial experience
  • Hands-on experience with CHO cell culture techniques and lab-scale operations in sterile environments
  • Proficiency with data analysis and statistical software (JMP or equivalent), with ability to analyze data and draw scientific conclusions
  • Strong communication skills in English, with ability to present technical information effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Scientific rigor with attention to detail, analytical thinking, and comfort working in cross-functional team environments
  • Adaptability and curiosity to learn new techniques in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred qualifications

Experience with benchtop bioreactor operations (Ambr250 systems), perfusion and intensified culture processes, ATF technology, automated culture systems, experimental design principles (DOE), and early-stage biopharmaceutical development.
