Description du poste

Our consulting client currently has a senior opening for an SAP Risk, Security & Control Manager to join a growing security, risk and GRC practice within an international consulting group. The role sits in the EMEA team and offers the chance to lead high-impact SAP security and controls projects while working closely with global delivery centres and international colleagues.

This position is hybrid , with time spent between home and the Paris office around 2 / 3 days per week .

The Role

You’d take the lead on client discussions around SAP risk, controls and vulnerability frameworks, guide design and implementation work, and oversee delivery on major transformation programmes. There’s also the opportunity to mentor consultants, support proposals, and build long‑term advisory relationships across the client base.

Profile

They’re looking for someone educated to Master’s level (Bac +5) with 5–10 years of relevant experience, and who brings :

• The ability to articulate the business value of security solutions.
• A client‑first mindset with strong stakeholder communication.
• A view of security as a business accelerator rather than a constraint.
• Ease working with diverse teams in a hybrid environment.

Technical Skills (one or more of the following)

• SAP Authorisations across ECC / S / 4HANA / BTP, including SoD‑sensitive design.
• Deployment of GRC tools (SAP GRC suite, Galvanize, Pathlock, etc.).
• Implementation and automation of ITGC / ITAC controls.
• Understanding of regulatory landscapes such as GDPR, SAPIN II, NIST, SOX, GxP.
• Use of SAP cybersecurity tools (Onapsis, SecurityBridge, ETD).
• Vulnerability management for SAP environments.
• Strong English for international collaboration.
