A consulting firm is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Senior Consultant with expertise in French Payroll for a remote position. Responsibilities include SAP consulting, application maintenance, and implementing legal reports. The ideal candidate has longterm experience with SAP HCM and project methodologies. This role is expected to start on 15th September 2025 and lasts for 6 months, working 4 days per week.

Qualifications

• Longterm hands-on experience with SAP HCM, specifically with French Payroll.
• Solid understanding of project methodologies including Business Blueprint.

Overview

For a customer project we are currently looking for an SAP HCM Senior Consultant (f/m/d) - French PY (Payroll) - remote - ASAP.

Responsibilities

• SAP HCM Consulting and Implementation / Configuration — French payrolling (PY).
• Application maintenance, working with SLA / KPI metrics.
• ALE posting and implementation of legal reports (eg, DNS and other statutory reports).

Qualifications

• Longterm hands-on experience with SAP HCM, specifically with French Payroll (PY).
• Expertise in the Organizational Management and Personal Administration modules.
• Deep knowledge of French Payroll, including full-scope processes such as ALE posting and implementation of legal reports (eg, DNS and other statutory reports).
• Proven experience in application maintenance, with familiarity in working with SLA / KPI metrics.
• Solid understanding of project methodologies, including Business Blueprint (BBP), implementation, testing, documentation, and go-live phases.
