Role overview

An experienced and driven Technical Sales professional is sought to develop and execute a commercial action plan within the assigned territory, with the objective of achieving sales targets in the field of implantable medical devices and vascular/endovascular surgical procedures. The role requires strong autonomy, commercial acumen, and deep knowledge of the medical devices environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Define and implement a territorial action plan to achieve sales objectives for implantable and non-implantable medical device portfolios, with a strong focus on vascular and endovascular surgical procedures
  • Strategically identify, prioritize, and develop key accounts within the territory
  • Promote the product portfolio through presentations, trial setups, and price negotiations
  • Drive revenue growth across both established products and newly launched innovations
  • Regain market share from competitors through targeted commercial actions
  • Prepare, plan, and prioritize customer visits based on account knowledge and stakeholder mapping
  • Manage and develop territory performance using the CRM system (Salesforce), including opportunities, contacts, and events
  • Support product listing processes within assigned healthcare institutions
  • Anticipate, prepare for, and respond to tenders within the territory
  • Maintain active competitive intelligence across distribution channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the territory
  • Work in close collaboration and synergy with Key Account Managers and Strategic Account Managers on strategic accounts
  • Actively participate in regional and national congresses within the specialty area
  • Ensure full compliance with regulations governing the promotion of implantable medical devices
Profile
  • Commercial and/or technical educational background
  • Proven experience in operating room sales, ideally within the vascular or endovascular field
  • Existing professional network within the covered geographic area preferred
  • Strong hunter mindset with a drive to grow business within a high-potential product portfolio
  • Strong command of Salesforce and CRM tools, including advanced reporting usage
  • Professional-level English required for internal training and career development opportunities
