A global executive search firm is seeking a Sales Manager to drive the sales of AGV/AMR technology across France. This remote position involves extensive travel across the country and occasionally Europe. The ideal candidate will have experience in Warehouse Automation sales, be fluent in both French and English, and focus on building strong relationships while expanding accounts. Successful applicants will engage with C-level decision-makers and develop a sustainable pipeline for growth in the sales process.

We have partnered with a leading Warehouse Automation organisation to recruit for a Sales Manager to drive the sales of AGV/AMR technology across France.

The position will be based in France - a remote position with travel required across the country and wider EMEA.

Responsibilities:

Business Development & Hunting:

  • Target new prospects with focused strategies, engaging C-level and key decision-makers.
  • Develop a strong, sustainable pipeline to achieve growth goals using digital outreach and strategic marketing methods.
  • Concentrate on high-value opportunities with our scoring and budgeting tools.
Strategic Sales & Project Management:
  • Lead the sales process from initial discovery to closing, implementing a detailed 30-60-90 day plan.
  • Work with Solutions Engineering to create tailored proposals, using a solution-selling approach to highlight automation benefits.
Account Growth:
  • Expand accounts with multi-site opportunities across EMEA by building solid, long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to promote successful case studies and generate new prospects.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Warehouse Automation sales (involving AGV/AMR ideally)
  • French and English speaking
  • Comfortable with travel across France and occasionally Europe
