About the Role :

Join Goodyear as Sales Key Account Manager Lead and take ownership of one of our most important European accounts. You will be responsible for developing executing and delivering a comprehensive Key Account Plan across Europe and in the home country. Your goal: drive performance achieve targets (Volume gross profit DSO) and lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver strategic and operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and own the Key Account Plan ensuring clear direction and accountability across internal teams (Sales Marketing Finance Pricing).
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement pricing strategies deploy marketing plans evaluate financial viability and analyze performance using internal tools and market data.
  • Act as the key liaison between European and local teams to ensure alignment and success in both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.
  • Participate in high-impact negotiations when needed and maintain strong relationships with local Key Account Managers.
  • Ensure consistent communication and strategy execution across all regions involved.
Your Profile
Experience & Education
  • University degree (preferably in Business Economics or Technical fields).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales.
  • Automotive or Car Dealer industry experience is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent in English and French both written and spoken.

  • Excellent data and market trend analysis skills.
