Job Description

You join the Investor Relations Private Assets team as a RFP Officer.

You will be in charge of managing and coordinating the process of responding to calls for tenders and requests for proposals from potential investors for our various private asset funds. You will work closely with sales, investment management and compliance teams to accurately and timely respond to investor inquiries.

On a daily basis, your missions are to:

• Manage and coordinate the process of responding to tenders and requests from potential investors. You will need to implement appropriate governance, involving the different contributors and soliciting the right experts.

• Collaborate with internal teams to obtain the necessary information to prepare complete and accurate responses.

• Achieve quality, personalized, consistent and impactful responses to questionnaires, and other ad hoc requests from consultants, institutional investors and distributors, while meeting tight deadlines.

• Acquire excellent product knowledge in order to be autonomous on increasingly technical questions from potential investors.

• Produce and maintain quality content in French and English, by collaborating with experts within Mirova and updating external databases dedicated to Private Assets.

• Participate in the implementation and improvement of processes and tools necessary to optimize team activity and perform competitive intelligence and analyze market trends to strategically position our offers.

As a RFP Officer, you will play a key role in fundraising efforts for our Private Assets products. You will work closely with all stakeholders to build appropriate and quality responses.
