The company operates fully remotely, uses cryptocurrency for transactions, and emphasizes gamification and user retention in its product strategy.

Role Overview

As a Retention Manager, you will lead the development of strategies aimed at improving user engagement and player lifetime value. You will focus on gamification, VIP retention, and funnel optimization, working closely with marketing and product teams to create seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement user retention strategies across all stages of the user lifecycle
  • Design and improve engagement funnels and gamification mechanics
  • Conduct market testing and analyze user behavior to enhance retention tactics
  • Collaborate with marketing on acquisition‑to‑retention alignment
  • Support VIP program strategy and manage player segmentation
  • Use analytics to identify drop‑off points and retention opportunities
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in retention, lifecycle marketing and CRM in gambling or e-commerce
  • Strong marketing mindset with a strategic and structured approach
  • Familiarity with gamification and user engagement tactics
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Smartico or similar)
  • Fluent in Russian and English
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast‑paced environment
  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency or digital payment systems
