A leading global jewelry brand seeks a Retail Trainer to enhance the skills and performance of retail teams across its French stores network. This role involves delivering impactful training programs, creating training content, and coaching teams during store visits. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail training, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in training tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint. The position is based in La Defense, with frequent store visits and travel across France.
The Retail Trainer is responsible for developing the skills, knowledge, and performance of retail teams across the French stores network. This role delivers impactful training programs that enhance customer experience, strengthen product expertise, and improve sales results. The Retail Trainer acts as a key partner for store teams, ensuring consistent implementation of brand standards and operational excellence.
