A leading digital asset platform in France is seeking an experienced professional to manage retail acquisition channels and expand user base across Europe. This role involves developing strategies, building partnerships with trading platforms, and staying updated with crypto trends. Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years of experience in business development or affiliate management, particularly in the crypto space. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of other European languages is a plus.

About the Role

You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing retail acquisition channels that help grow OSL’s user base and brand awareness across Europe.

You understand how retail traders engage with crypto platforms — including the ecosystems around TradingView, 3Commas, and other trading tools — and can turn those insights into impactful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire retail users through KOLs, affiliates, brokers, and trading communities .
  • Build partnerships with trading platforms, influencers, and content creators to expand OSL’s retail footprint.
  • Work with marketing and product teams to design tailored partnership programs, campaigns, and incentive models.
  • Leverage tools such as TradingView, 3Commas, and similar retail trading ecosystems to drive visibility and engagement.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize ROI and conversion across all retail partnership channels.
  • Stay up to date with crypto trends, retail user behavior, and the competitive landscape in Europe.
Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, affiliate management, or partnership marketing , ideally within crypto, trading, or fintech.
  • Strong understanding of retail crypto trading ecosystems , including influencers, brokers, and community‑driven growth.
  • Experience managing performance‑based partnerships (affiliates, referral programs, or KOL campaigns).
  • Fluent in English; other European languages (especially German or French) are a plus.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑moving, cross‑functional environment.
Nice to Have
  • Existing relationships with KOLs, affiliates, or brokers in the European crypto or trading space.
  • Hands‑on experience with TradingView, 3Commas , or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of regional marketing and compliance nuances in promoting crypto services.
