In this rewarding role, you’ll help residents with daily activities, provide personal care, and ensure their comfort and safety while working alongside a supportive and dedicated team.

Schedule:

  • PT Evenings 2:30P - 11P \ Average 24 hours per week.
  • Must be able to work every other weekend

Pay Range (DOE): $16.31 - $26.65

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal/activity reminders
  • Help residents prepare for appointments, outings, and transportation in a timely manner
  • Respond to resident calls promptly and assist in emergencies as needed
  • Monitor and document vital signs and other health-related tasks
  • Act as a mentor to new RSAs, helping to train and guide team members
  • Foster a warm, caring environment for residents and families

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or 1 year of caregiving experience
  • Ability to perform vital sign checks, blood glucose monitoring, and other care procedures (training available!)
  • Compassionate, positive attitude with a passion for helping older adults
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • BLS and Food Handler certifications (or the ability to obtain within 30 days)
  • Must be able to pass preemployment screening.
  • Our preemployment screening includes a physical, TB test and drug screen (including marijuana).
