The role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, defining strategies, and ensuring effective execution of projects. The RID team works together with the Brands teams, Operations, Finance, Quality… to identify the trends and transform them into relevant projects that will drive the sustainable and profitable growth of the company. Together, you will capture the signals from the stakeholders (scientists, experts, competitors, markets, consumers, communities), turn them into decisive projects for the business and deliver the financials and extra-financials KPIs with preferred consumers experiences and compliant products and packaging.
Reporting hierarchically to the VP Group Research, Innovation and Development, you will be in charge of defining and developing the innovation / renovation / CSR strategy for your portfolio of brands and channels.
