A leading company in Personal Care Chemicals seeks an experienced Sales professional. This remote position requires at least 5 years of experience in chemical product sales, preferably in personal care, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering. The role involves driving growth, developing account strategies, and maintaining customer relationships while demonstrating excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate is fluent in French and English, with a strong track record in sales excellence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in chemical product sales, preferably in personal care.
  • Proven track record in value capture and sales excellence.

Responsabilités

  • Drive sales and gross margin growth for assigned segments, customers, and territories.
  • Develop and execute account strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Build, manage, and grow new and existing customer accounts.
  • Participate in the company’s Commercial Excellence Program.
  • Resolve customer issues and manage situations to maintain trust.
  • Provide insights for commercial alignment and prepare sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive commercial excellence.
  • Travel approximately 50%, including day trips and overnight travel.
