Position

Responsible for all sales and service in the Indianapolis, IN, Louisville, KY and surrounding regions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a specific geographic territory, including established accounts while prospecting for new business.
  • Develop and maintain plans for accounts that exceed expectations in revenue retention/growth, account profitability, and customer satisfaction/loyalty.
  • Utilize CRM tools to record customer interactions and maintain customer opportunity information.
  • Perform client presentations, articulating the value proposition of product, solution, and service offerings from Monroe Truck Equipment. Provide management with suggestions for improving products, market share and price levels.
Qualifications
  • Up to 50% required travel within the designated territory and to Monroe location.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Mechanical aptitude is extremely beneficial.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
