Job Description

Your Career

The Regional Sales Manager (Federal and/or Civilian) plays a crucial role in driving company revenue and growth. As an experienced sales professional, you will lead and manage sales engagements, focusing on solving critical challenges in secure environments and connecting customers with appropriate solutions at every stage of threat prevention.

You will be responsible for exceeding your sales quota by developing and executing strategic territory plans aimed at deploying the Palo Alto Networks Next Generation Security Platform. This position offers a unique opportunity for a proactive closer to expand market share and displace competing technologies.

Your Impact

  • Drive and manage complex sales cycles, collaborating with internal teams to serve customers effectively.
  • Build long-term relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors using consultative selling skills.
  • Create and implement strategic account plans to achieve enterprise-wide deployments.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs to position Palo Alto Networks effectively.
  • Use a programmatic approach to generate demand, develop, and expand your territory.
  • Leverage customer stories to craft compelling value propositions tailored to each account.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and their impact on our products and services.
  • Travel within your territory and to company meetings as needed.

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • Knowledge of SaaS architectures, preferably in networking or security; familiarity with SASE technology is a plus.
  • Experience working with channel partners to implement a channel-centric go-to-market strategy.
  • Proven ability to lead all sales cycle stages, from qualification to closing, in new territories and accounts.
  • Successful track record selling complex solutions.
  • Excellent time management skills with high autonomy and self-direction.
  • Highly competitive, adaptable, and goal-oriented.
  • Active security clearance.
  • Good knowledge of the North of France territory.
