  • Degree in industrial engineering or business administration
  • Proven experience and success in international sales of products requiring explanation
  • Convincing and winning sales personality who uses their networks and works as part of a team
  • High level of technical understanding and ideally knowledge of our customer industries
  • Ability to think in terms of customer needs and at the same time implement them in line with the corporate strategy
  • High affinity for sales-supporting tools such as CRM and the drive to use them profitably
  • High willingness to travel internationally for business
  • Very good knowledge in French and English

Your mission

As a Regional Key Account Manager, you will play a key role in the sales region you are responsible for and thus make a significant contribution to our company's ambitious growth strategy.

Your tasks will essentially include:

  • After a comprehensive induction, taking responsibility for your sales region and looking after existing customers as well as developing potential new customers
  • Identifying needs and potential in your sales region and constantly monitoring the competition to ensure our long-term success
  • Establishing a close and long-term customer relationship and advising your customers with regard to multi-year demand planning
  • Developing your sales region through targeted marketing and sales activities in line with our growth strategy
  • Creating offers tailored to customer needs in close cooperation with the Application Support, Technology and Production departments
  • Presenting our products and services to customers and at trade fairs
  • Independently negotiating technical and commercial contracts
  • Always focusing on the customer and thus making a significant contribution to high and sustainable customer satisfaction
