A global biopharmaceutical firm is looking for a Regional Clinical Compliance Director / Senior Director in France to oversee clinical compliance for global activities. The role requires strong expertise in ICH/GCP regulations, excellent leadership skills, and a minimum of 14 years in clinical operations, preferably in oncology. The successful candidate will ensure compliance, lead inspections, and foster teamwork across various clinical teams. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 14 years of experience in clinical operations.
• Experience in GCP compliance roles preferred.
• Experience in oncology global trials is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide compliance oversight to GCO study teams.
• Lead GCP inspection readiness and management.
• Identify and drive improvements in compliance processes.
