LCI Education wishes to identify the leader who will join its teams to structure and develop its markets in Western Europe.

Based in Paris, the Regional Director – Admissions and Market Development will play a key role in the positioning and development of LCI Education's markets in Western Europe.

This casting process aims to identify a leader capable of structuring a sustainable regional presence, developing strategic partnerships with high added value and carrying LCI Education's international ambition, by strengthening the visibility and credibility of the brand with educational, institutional and local partners, in close collaboration with the network's campuses.

This role is aimed at a senior market development profile, with an excellent understanding of the French and European educational environments, capable of structuring long-term relationships with high added value and positioning LCI Education as a premium international reference compared to local design and creative schools. The incumbent of the position is required to travel frequently as part of the accomplishment of his mission.

Your Mission
  • Lead market development and partnerships from France and French-speaking Western Europe to LCI Education’s international campuses (Montreal, Barcelona, Vancouver, Melbourne);
  • Structure, lead and optimize the entire international admission process, guaranteeing fluidity, quality of profiles and alignment with the group’s premium positioning;
  • Design and lead institutional presentations by embodying the LCI Education brand, virtual and face‑to‑face, webinars, information sessions and representation actions during student fairs, university forums and specialised events;
  • Deploy and maintain standards of excellence in applicant tracking, operational responsiveness and relationship management via CRM tools;
  • Structure and manage relationships with accredited partners, including guidance consulting firms, premium educational agencies, high schools, international schools and partner institutions in France, Benelux and Western Europe;
  • Monitor the quality, performance and profitability of partnerships, by setting up management indicators and optimisation plans;
  • Position LCI Education as a premium international alternative to local design and creative schools;
  • Work closely with marketing teams to develop, adapt and localise recruitment and awareness campaigns for French‑speaking European audiences, with a view to generating qualified leads;
  • Analyse market trends, the competitive environment and pricing dynamics;
  • Produce regular analytics on application pipelines, conversion rates, channel performance, and market intelligence, to inform strategic decisions.
This Role Is For
  • A professional with at least five years of experience in the education or higher education sector, including market development, international admissions, student recruitment and partnerships, in international and structured environments;
  • An excellent understanding of the French education system, post‑baccalaureate pathways and the Parcoursup ecosystem;
  • A demonstrated ability to operate in international, complex and multicultural environments;
  • A structured and analytical approach, supported by mastery of CRM tools and management indicators;
  • An established network or strong credibility with high schools, higher education institutions, guidance counsellors or institutional actors;
  • Holds an undergraduate degree;
  • Excellent command of French (oral and written);
  • A professional command of English (oral and written), which is essential given the frequent interactions with international partners and teams.
