A dynamic tech company in Paris seeks a strong Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring across various functions. This role involves running multiple concurrent searches, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of recruiting experience in fast-paced environments and will be responsible for driving sourcing and enhancing the recruitment process. We are looking for a strong, execution focused Recruiter to own end to end hiring across multiple functions at Gorgias.
You will manage active searches across a mix of business and operational roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver high quality hires within clear timelines.
You may also support more senior recruiters and the Head of Talent Acquisition on technical or leadership searches through research, talent mapping, and candidate shortlisting.
This is a high ownership role for the searches you directly own, while also contributing to broader team hiring efforts.

Own and deliver high quality hiring across assigned functions, ensuring searches move with speed, structure, and strong candidate experience, while contributing to a high performance Talent Acquisition culture at Gorgias.
