Internship Responsibilities:
The “Assistant Real Estate Project Manager” intern provides support to or works directly alongside a Project Manager on a wide range of projects, including new developments, redevelopment, and restructuring/renovation, in various project structures (VEFA, CPI, direct owner’s management, etc.). The clients vary and can include French and international institutional investors, family offices, and private investors.
The assigned tasks are diverse and include the following:
The intern may also take on responsibilities for renovating, repositioning, and improving the environmental performance of existing properties. This could involve conducting asset audits, energy audits (with the assistance of a partner), developing intervention scenarios, and overseeing operational execution.
The ideal candidate is nearing the end of their engineering program (ESTP, INSA, HEI, EPF, etc.) or holds a university degree at the master’s level (Bac+5).
