• Minimum 5+ years experience, including 2-3 years in managerial or supervisory roles in RCM operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in BBA, MBA, BSCS, BS, MSc, MS or related fields.
• Strong English communication and team management skills required.

• Support the Manager Operations in leading a team of Medical Billing Associates.
• Ensure billing compliance with federal laws and departmental protocols.
