Product & Value Manager – 12 Months Contract – Paris, France

Essential qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in product management applied in upstream phases (pre-product market fit) to B2E (business-to-employee) solutions
- Knowledge of the ecosystem and challenges in this area
- Demonstrated expertise in product management, digital technology, and digital transformation
- Penchant for agile working
- Proficiency in project financial management (ROI and value modeling)
- Minimum 6 years of experience in project or product management
Objectives & Deliverables
- Strategic Vision – In the early stages of the product lifecycle, coordinates exploration, opportunity assessment, and scoping activities (viability, desirability, feasibility). Defines the product vision, value trajectory, and product strategy with business representatives and technical/data teams; develops roadmaps to guide product development. Contributes to defining/updating digital roadmaps of the Branches' business units and leads creativity/ideation to identify ideas with high potential and select those entering the scoping phase. Conducts benchmarks to understand market trends.
- Value-driven product development – During development, collaborates with squads to implement the roadmap, prioritizes value and adoption, monitors KPIs, and ensures proper governance of the Digital Factory. Uses Agile methodology to maximize value delivered to users.
- Interface & stakeholder management – Integrates into the Product & Value Office (≈40 experts). Works closely with the Branch Digital Transformation Officers and Branch Domain/Asset Leads. Aims to create digital solutions that contribute to the Company's transformation. Plays a key role in the success of products developed at the Digital Factory; success is measured by value generated when the digital solution is used by users and the business. Cross-functional contribution includes active participation in Communities of Practice (CoP) and continuous improvement initiatives on product management and value estimation.
