Description du poste

NXP Semiconductors is seeking an experienced professional to further develop the security technology pillar across NXP’s broad portfolio of microcontrollers, applications processors, and networking controllers.

As product marketing, you will play a leading role in driving the security at the Edge for IoT/Industrial applications and develop a vision of edge processing security that creates value for customers. In particular, you will support equipment manufacturers and system integrators in meeting compliance with upcoming cyber security regulations, protecting emerging AI/ML applications, and building their resilience in a dynamic cyber landscape.

In this horizontal role, you will collaborate very closely with multiple teams, including NXP product managers, R&D, CTO, system engineering and marketing, customer application support, global sales, and business development teams to identify customer needs, articulate a value proposition, develop product security roadmaps, and a coherent security offering across NXP edge processing portfolio, elaborating and deploying ease-of-use for this complex security technology.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Identify and structure the security requirements for the various market segments; derive the requirements at IC level, but also at SW, services, and customer development tool level.
  • Support R&D and CTO in defining security platform roadmaps to bring scalability across the edge processing portfolio.
  • Support product managers in specifying product security, in selecting the right security platform balancing appropriately cost and security level, and in setting up business cases.
  • Define security offering at system level, beyond the OEM equipment, working with multiple stakeholders in the supply chain and ecosystem.
  • Expand NXP security ecosystem and further develop strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and own product security roadmaps at NXP MCU/MPU portfolio level, and develop a pipeline of security innovations.
  • Drive competition analysis and positioning material.
  • Support sales and marketing in customer engagements and drive them to success.
  • Deliver marketing material associated with security offering and generate webpages content in collaboration with marcom teams.
  • Define and execute marcom plan; participate in conferences and tradeshows, create blogs and articles, webinars, speeches, press releases, and press events, consolidating and expanding NXP leadership position in security.
Candidate Profile: Essential Skills & Experience
  • Education: Master of Science in Electrical Engineering. MBA is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience combining positions in Marketing, Product Management, and Business Development.
  • Proven experience in the semiconductor industry, in microcontrollers and/or microprocessors, and proven experience in security technology for embedded systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex topics in simple messaging for non-experts.
  • Able to engage with customers and partners at all levels, from engineers to executives.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory).
  • Desire to learn, grow, and make an impact.
  • Self-driven, autonomous.
  • Team player, able to work collaboratively across geographies and functions and drive performance of cross-functional teams.
