Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• You apply research, customer and internal partner feedback and industry trends to understand customer engagement and loyalty requirements, identifying new opportunities to define a product roadmap.
• You develop, lead and publish the product over the complete value chain, from idea, analysis, concept, implementation, market launch to support.
• You support the product development lifecycle by defining Business Requirements; own the design process and deliverables.
• You communicate and coordinate with vital team members across the organization to share priorities, roadmaps, and key insights.
• You build the product commercialization model substantiating this with a financial business model.
• You are responsible for budgeting and forecasting of enabling products and build the understanding and monitoring of monthly accruals and transfers.
