A global provider of analytical instruments is seeking a Product Manager in Grenoble. Responsibilities include defining the product roadmap, translating technical challenges, and collaborating across teams. Overview

Our client is a global provider of advanced analytical instruments serving industries such as materials science, pharmaceuticals, and polymers. The company is known for innovation, precision, and customer-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and manage the product roadmap based on market trends, customer needs, and business strategy
  • Translate technical and scientific challenges into clear product requirements and value propositions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, engineering, marketing, and operations
  • Represent the voice of the customer through direct engagement and feedback collection
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to phase-out
  • Track product performance and drive continuous improvement using key success metrics
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards, especially in regulated sectors
Candidate Profile
  • Master’s or PhD in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Familiarity with product management concepts and best practices
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or technical development in high-tech or scientific environments
  • Familiarity with X-ray diffraction, X-ray scattering, or related analytical techniques
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Experience with agile development is a plus
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Grenoble, France
