In this role, you will make a significant impact by collaborating with various teams to create integrations that address the diverse needs of global customers. Accountabilities
  • Manage and prioritize the roadmap for integrations.
  • Act as the Product Owner for a cross‑functional scrum team.
  • Research and document integration requirements and define solutions.
  • Oversee the development of integrations with both internal and external engineers.
  • Design user experiences for integration solutions to ensure seamlessness.
  • Plan and execute pilot and release plans for each integration.
  • Collaborate closely with customers, partners, and various internal teams.
  • Analyze and act on metrics that gauge the success of partner integrations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in delivering SaaS applications.
  • 2+ years in a product role focused on hospitality products.
  • Knowledge of regional tax compliance and fiscal reporting requirements.
  • Proficiency in technical APIs and integration methodologies.
  • Experience throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Ability to launch new products and grow market adoption.
  • Experience in an Agile development environment, preferably Scrum.
