A leading research institute in France is seeking a postdoctoral fellow to join their team in medical Imaging and Artificial Intelligence. The position involves proposing detection methods for intracranial aneurysms using deep learning approaches on 3D mesh representations. Candidates must hold a Ph.D. in Mathematics, Computer Science, or Machine Learning. Competencies in Python and C/C++ programming are essential, along with scientific writing skills. The position is temporary, full-time, with the possibility of an extension.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Ph.D. degree in Mathematics / Computer science or Machine Learning.
• Be able to work within a multidisciplinary project.
• Good writing skills (progress reports, scientific articles).
• Scientific rigor.
• Be fluent in English, master technical and scientific notions.

Responsabilités

• Propose methods for intracranial aneurysms detection and vascular tree characterization.
• Conduct a study on aneurysm detection and vasculature characterization on 3D meshes.
• Work on 3D mesh representations of the vascular trees.
• Improve the synthetic model of the vasculature.
• Perform numerical simulations on a GPU HPC cluster.
