Responsibilities

• Ensure that the execution of orders complies with Wärtsilä Group procedures, standards, and processes in a safe and cost‑effective manner.
• Lead the cross‑functional team in charge of the orders and act as the guarantor of understanding and compliance with contractual requirements.
• Manage contractual administration: milestones, deliverables, acceptances, invoicing, payments, and handle contractual deviations (notifications, correspondence, analyses).
• Analyze and manage risks and opportunities related to the contract.
• Ensure communication and contractual reporting within the various internal entities.
• Maintain a strong client relationship (follow‑up meetings, coordination).
• Coordinate the supply of necessary components with stakeholders (purchasing, supply chain, quality, documentation).
• Monitor and manage amendments related to the execution of orders.

Qualifications

• Education: Generalist engineer or equivalent.
• Experience: Project manager with experience in order management and supply chain.
• Key skills: Ability to manage complex and multitasking projects. Strong analytical and synthesis skills, sense of priorities. Dynamic, autonomous, able to challenge and follow through on tasks.
• Languages: Professional French and English.
• Mobility: Travel up to 20%.
